Most of the content of the web page has been centered around summer camp at Wente. Many other events take place here as well. Here are some of the big ones.
Brownsea
Brownsea National Youth Leadership Training is a program to help develop and train the youth leadership and future leadership in your Troop. It occurs in mid June and is continuing to grow in popularity, bringing in Scouts from all around California. For more information go to their site at http://www.brownsea-nylt.org/
Family Camp
Family Camp is your chance for Scouts to bring their family and friends to see what the camp has to offer. Boating, fishing, swimming, shooting, and camping are a few of the fun family activities to participate in. Open around Memorial & Labor Days. Tiger Cub Safari
Tiger Cub Safari is a chance for the youngest of Scouts to come and get a taste of the experiance they can look forward to having as a Boy Scout. Near the end of the summer we offer a week for Venture Scouts to come to camp and experiance some of the activies that only Ventures can in Scouting.
Rendezvous
A weekend for just Venture Scouts to take over camp. Boating, shooting, climbing, and more without the little guys in camp with you. Rendezvous' Page
